However they have suspended our server for high spam content, when the same email has been sent out over the past 2weeks 7,000 times. They have also suspended over the weekend when no support is on until Monday afternoon as they are an American company. No weekend support despite their website stating 24/7 support. # SocketLabs Reviews 35• 1.5Email Service ProviderWrite a reviewVisit website ... Probably worse service. They offer fake 40,000 free trial. After "sending" 4000 emails I downloaded csv with all sent emails. From that csv I realize that they sent only 158! Rest were duplicates. After I downloaded that file they just close my account without valid reason!! Avoid this is SCAM! On top of that when account is close all links are broken after. So all my subscribers got email with all broken links now! I've been using it for years (due to the cost) and the only positive thing – some would say the most important – is the deliverability. Furthermore, performance has declined alarmingly, navigating within the application is a nightmare due to slowness, sessions are very short and interrupt when editing emails, leading to loss of huge amount of work, the UI/UX is horrible. I have been using Socket Labs for transactional email about a year now and email delivery has significantly improved. Only hotmail still seems to be a problem, but that may be due to my DMARC settings. And the best news: it is completely free, while still having a fully functional dashboard :-) Socketlabs is maybe not as popular as other transactional mail providers, but I am very pleased with them. Unfortunately a form spam bot hit us as well and created profiles with fake emails addresses. 9 of these emails were marked as spam. That resulted in a bad reputation at SL. We did not see the complaints as socketlab only gives 10 days of data at our account level. So only contacting support we found out why our emails got stuck. ... Now socketlabs replies that in their legal sense of GDPR we have no issue with 3rd party captchas and if we do not apply it to the form they will cancel our account. They totally ignored the fact that we turned emails off for the form in question and make the whole account only dependent on this very form although there is other forms as well and other websites etc. So from the 25K emails that we can send each month ... after 800 emails we already get issues with them we never experienced with anyone else. The terms of them are nuts. The metrics are not transparent. Every little additional things costs money. The customer support tries to help but does not understand and seems highly flexible. NO DEAL. I will ask for a refund. ... Poor Customer Service Tried to connect to a .co email but was not allowed to proceed. The best part was that when I tried to contact customer service, there was no response for more than a month, even after several followup emails. I won't recommend this deal. ... If you don't verify in their expected time period, your account gets terminated, and, as far as that is concerned, that's that.
