I requested cancellation of my Nylas subscription on September 1, yet I was charged again on September 5 and October 5.
When I contacted support, they explained that they bill monthly in arrears: the September charge covered August, and the October charge covered September.
They also stated that my cancellation would only take effect on October 1 and that this was mentioned in the confirmation email.
...
After this experience, I would neither use Nylas again nor recommend it.
...
I have to cancel my card as there is no way to cancel subscription.
I cancelled online and their website says cancellation request submitted.
They charged me for 3 months AFTER cancellation.
I am now booking online calls with sales to have the subscription cancelled.
...
I would encourage caution when dealing with this organisation, as they have very poor resolution times and strict contract terms when issues arise against them.
...
I had a very disappointing experience with Nylas.com.
We subscribed to their service, but found that it wasn't particularly useful for our needs.
When we tried to cancel our subscription they were completely intransigent about terminating the contract early or putting it on hold.
Despite cancelling, they still tried to auto-renew our subscription for another year, which was unacceptable.
Overall, I would not recommend Nylas.com due to their poor service and intransigence when it came to cancelling our subscription.

No support.
Hard to cancel.

I brought on Nylas under the impression they could help us with scheduling in our software.

...
They said they couldn't do anything because it auto renewed even though services had not been rendered. Then I received an email asking if I wanted to cancel and I called the rep [sensitive content hidden] and said yes! Then it auto renewed again and after making a big deal about it this time they finally canceled but never refunded or rendered any service at all in the last 3 years.
